We invest a lot of time and effort to make an excellent and sturdy piece of superb craftsmanship. This is not mass-produced jewelry you may see in an average jewelry store. Such jewelry is often poorly made.

For example, it is common in mass-produced jewelry that the prongs are not strong enough which causes the precious gem to fall out from the engagement or wedding ring. Imagine how terrible it is to lose a very expensive gemstone for which you paid with hard-earned money.

We strive to create the masterpiece you will be happy with. Whether it is a ring, earrings, or necklace, it will last a lifetime and can be passed through generations as a family heirloom. We also offer vintage and antique pieces.

EASY RESIZING

Tell us your size and we will resize any ring to your exact size.

WARRANTY

We offer a complimentary six-month warranty against manufacture defects on all of our jewelry for your peace of mind. It covers any defects of the metal or stone during manufacturing. If you have an issue with your jewelry, we ask you to write to us and deliver it back within 30 days.

If the defect is covered by a warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge.

Any repair or service done by a jeweler other than The Alexandrite will void the warranty. Normal wear, activities, or trauma can affect all fine jewelry. This is especially true for rings since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of gemstones, damaged gemstones, product loss, or theft.
