You may return unused item within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
1. Your item should be returned within 60 days (starting from the date you receive the merchandise).
2. Item must be in original condition.
3. RMA item number sent by us should be used.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Certificate we send you along with your item should also be included.
