We love working with our clients to design stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect your unique style or make the perfect gift for that special someone. To get started, fill out our custom jewelry form below with all the details you can provide.

Your input is crucial as it helps us understand your preferences, vision, and needs, allowing us to create a truly personalized masterpiece just for you.

STEP #2

After you complete the form, your dedicated designer will contact you personally. Together, you will explore various options to ensure a clear understanding of your preferences and vision. This will enable us to create a piece that truly reflects your unique style or is a perfect gift for your loved one.

STEP #3

Once we have defined the project details and timeline, we will embark on the exciting journey of designing your custom piece. You will receive the invoice allowing you to pay only a portion of the total amount when a certain milestone in the manufacturing process is reached. The first deposit is only $500. As soon as this deposit is received, we will begin carefully selecting the stones based on our initial design consultation. You will receive high-definition videos of the stones in different lighting and angles.

STEP #4

After you select the stones you like, we will refine the design until we have crafted the perfect piece that brings you joy. We will then provide you with a final quote, take a deposit, and move into the production phase. Rest assured, every step is taken with meticulous care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of your custom piece.

STEP #5

Once the design is finalized, your piece will start to come to life. We will create a 3D design of your piece and print or carve the wax model. You will receive a wax model image with your stones set in it for your approval and have plenty of opportunities to provide feedback to refine the look and feel of the piece.

We will proceed with the casting, filing, and polishing, ensuring that every step is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail based on your preferences. Within 3 to 5 weeks, your piece will be ready for GIA certification, which involves thoroughly examining the gemstone's quality and authenticity by an independent certified gemologist.

STEP #6

As soon as we receive your piece's GIA certificate, it will be ready to be shipped.

The balance will be due, and we'll either ship overnight or hand deliver the piece to you, depending on where you live.

If you are not happy with your custom made items we will gladly modify it or exchange for any other item of similar price free of charge.
