STEP #1

Are you looking to create something unique that reflects your
individuality? Whether you have a specific stone or design in mind, we
specialize in crafting personalized, one-of-a-kind alexandrite jewelry that is yours alone.

While every piece in our collection is exceptional, there is an
undeniable allure to a custom-made engagement ring or bespoke piece. Our
design specialists are experts at transforming your vision into reality
while honoring your budget.

We are committed to making the entire process educational, enjoyable, and
exciting. Let's embark on the journey of creating something truly
extraordinary together.

STEP #2

THREE PATHS TO A CUSTOM PIECE

Simple Customization — Complimentary
You love a piece from our collection but want to change the alexandrite,
the metal, or the ring size. We do this free of charge.

Design Modification — $2,000 plus materials
You love a piece from our collection but want us to modify the design, or
you send us a picture of a design you would like us to create.

Haute Couture Masterpiece — $3,000 plus materials
You have a vision — perhaps only a vague one — and you want to work
directly with our Master Designer to create a one-of-a-kind artistic
masterpiece from the ground up.

These design fees reflect the depth of craftsmanship, iteration, and
personal attention that genuine bespoke work requires. They ensure that
every custom commission receives the focus it deserves.

STEP #3

Stone Selection & Design

There is no deposit and no commitment during this phase, and your stone is not yet reserved — it remains available until you're ready to move forward. Take the time you need; reserving your stone happens at the next step.

STEP #4

Approval & Reservation

When you approve the stone and final design of your piece, a 30% deposit reserves your stone exclusively for you. We remove it from our available inventory and will not offer or show it to any other client. Because each of our alexandrites is a one-of-a-kind natural gem, this is the moment your stone becomes yours alone. The deposit is fully applied to your piece, and from here the remaining balance can be paid on a flexible schedule over the course of your commission.

STEP #5

With your design approved and your stone reserved, your piece comes to life. We will carve the wax model of your design. You will receive a wax model image or video for your approval and have plenty of opportunities to provide feedback to refine the look and feel of the piece.

After your approval of the wax model will proceed with the casting, filing, and polishing, ensuring that every step is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail based on your preferences.
